Pit Fired, 2020

Last year I was able to explore the unexpected results of pit firing reflecting the chaos of 2020. I was able to freely play with the textures and organics within each piece. The experimentation with the raw firing process expanded my creative process and allowed for the result of some fantastic pieces.
